Dog Park and Self-Service Animal Wash

House Rules

Dog Park rules:

  • Clean Up After Your Dog: Dog owners must always clean up after their dogs to keep the park clean and hygienic.
  • No Aggressive Behavior Allowed: Dog owners cannot bring aggressive dogs to the park. If a dog displays aggressive behavior, it must be immediately removed from the park.
  • Supervise Your Dog at All Times: Dog owners must supervise their dogs at all times and be responsible for their pet's behavior. This includes stopping any aggressive behavior and ensuring their dog doesn't become overly dominant or overly submissive.
  • Maintain Control: Even though it's an off-leash area, dog owners must have a leash ready in case they need to regain control of their dog quickly.
  • Respect Other Park Users: Dog owners must ensure their dogs don't jump on or bother people who prefer not to interact with them.
  • No Treats and Food: To avoid conflicts among dogs, do not bring food or treats into the park.
  • No Puppies Under 4 Months of Age: Puppies under four months might be more susceptible to diseases.
  • Dogs in Heat Are Not Permitted in the Park: A female dog in heat can distract other dogs and cause dog fights.
  • An Adult Must Accompany Children: A dog park is not safe for unsupervised children.
  • Dog Park is for Park West Residents Only: All dogs must be registered with the leasing office.
  • Dog Park Hours: 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM


Persons violating these rules may be barred from use or cited.

Self-Service Animal WasH:

We understand that your furry companions are a cherished part of your family, and we are dedicated to providing the best for them. Our self-serve animal wash station is a state-of-the-art, fully self-contained machine designed for the optimal care and grooming of your animals. The station is located East of the Fitness Center. This stainless steel marvel offers a variety of functions, from washing and rinsing to blowing and disinfecting. With options such as Shampoo, Flea and Tick Shampoo, Rinse, Low Blow, High Blow, and Disinfectant, you have all the tools you need to pamper your animals. The controlled wash area ensures a safe and comfortable experience for both you and your animals, while the three-part filtering system keeps our environment clean. To use the Evolution Dog Wash, simply secure your animal in the compartment, select your desired function, and pay using coins, tokens, notes, or even credit cards. Once the payment is processed, you can proceed to give your animal a refreshing spa-like treatment. We've thought of every detail to make sure your animals receive the care they deserve.   • All animals entering using the animal wash are required to be up to date on vaccinations.
  • Animals with flea infestations must be treated prior to using the animal wash.
  • Please keep your dog or cat on a leash at all times.
  • Animals must always be supervised by an adult and never be left unattended.
  • For the safety of all our clients, disruptive and/or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave, at management’s discretion.
  • To ensure we can accommodate all our residents' needs, we ask that you limit your tub use to 45 minutes.
  • No appointments required. First come, first served basis.
