I have lived here for 10 months. This is a very nice complex. I have enjoyed dealing with the office staff, especially Rebecca. She is very helpful, friendly and professional. Your Maintenace men, i have dealt with both men but more so with Albert. Albert is friendly, willing to help or answer any questions. He is professional and always greed you with a Good Morning and a smile. I wanted to complement you Parkwest for having such good people working for you.

I've lived here since opening and wanted to comment about how Alberto has been exceptionally helpful and amazing in resolving any issues I've had in the complex, which has all been quickly resolved. He exhibits a cheerful, friendly, and open attitude that reflects the quality and commitment Park West has provided to its residents. On top of this his hospitality towards myself and other residents I've spoken to who all reiterate his commitment to professional and engaged focus on the needs of the property. He is a treasured asset and just an overall pleasure to have at Park West and I'd recommend that the staff and management keep for as long as possible. To the ownership, great hire!

Maintenance has been so great since I arrived here! I have put in requests for them 2-3 times, and they arrive quickly. Alberto is very friendly and informative--he will break down exactly what the problem is and what had to be fixed. It is refreshing to have a prompt, respectful, and beyond friendly staff.
