Park West at Stockdale River Ranch has an abundance of community and apartment amenities including a modern fitness center with a yoga studio, a pool area with a BBQ area, on-site management and maintenance teams, washers/dryers in each unit, keyless electronic deadbolts, and more. One-bedroom apartments are allowed a maximum of 1 vehicle only to be parked in an assigned parking space. Two-bedroom apartments are allowed a maximum of 2 vehicles to be parked in 1 assigned and 1 unassigned parking space. 

Park West at Stockdale River Ranch has 3 ChargePoint Smart CT4000 charging stations. Each station has two standard SAE J1772 Level 2 charging ports. Each port supplies up to 7.2kW of power. With this standard port, any EV can be charged.

The entire complex is wired with 1 Gig Fiber optic internet which is delivered to each apartment by Mereo Networks. The monthly flat fee for this service is $35 and is paid to Park West at Stockdale River Ranch, in addition to the monthly rent. Proactively, a router has been installed in each apartment and no extra equipment is needed for internet access. There is no option to opt out of this service.

We show available apartments after the current resident has vacated and the apartment has been cleaned.  Our apartments tend to move quickly and many choose to secure an available apartment before viewing it. Please contact us to schedule a tour.

Park West offers lease terms between 2 to 12 months. We do not offer month-to-month initial tenancies.

If you would like to move forward in renting an available apartment, please submit an online application by navigating to Floor Plans, Pricing & Availability page, selecting the desired floor plan and choosing "View Details", and then selecting "Pricing" for the desired apartment. This brings up the pricing for the various lease terms. From here, select  "Apply Now" under the desired lease term.  Please select a move in date that is within 2 weeks of the estimated availability date. There is a $40 application fee for each applicant and a 24 to 48-hour time period for applications to be screened once all the required information is provided and the screening fee is paid.

Once an application has been approved, you will be charged a holding deposit equal to the security deposit and sign a Holding Deposit Agreement. Please note, whichever payment method you provided to pay the application fee will be charged with the holding deposit amount. The Holding Deposit Agreement will hold the unit for you until the agreed upon date. Once occupancy commences, the Holding Deposit converts to the Security Deposit. The Holding Deposit is refundable only if the apartment will not be ready for occupancy by the agreed upon date. In order to commence occupancy, you will be required to sign Landlord's Rental Agreement.

Application, Deposit and Move-In Fee payments must be paid by certified funds which include credit card, debit card, money order, or cashiers check. We do not accept personal checks for move-in charges. Monthly Rent payments are made through the secure Resident Portal via electronic bank transfer (ACH), debit card, or credit card. There is no fee for an electronic bank transfer (ACH). A monthly recurring Auto-Payment may be set up.

Location

We are located in the Rio Bravo-Greeley Union Elementary School District. The public junior high is Rio Bravo Middle School and the high school is Liberty High School. There are private schools in the neighborhood as well. Garces Memorial HS, Stockdale Christian School, Bakersfield Christian High School, St. Francis Parish School, and St. John's Lutheran School. 

Nearby streets and roadways to Park West include Heath Road and 58 Blue Star Memorial Hwy/Westside Parkway.
